Caitlin is a lifelong athlete and dancer turned professional Strongwoman. Yes, she can deadlift a car – but don’t let that scare you! A patient and form-conscious coach, Caitlin creates a dynamic class environment and encourages her movers to embrace the principles of strength, mobility and longevity in their training.
Coming from a fitness background of dance, martial arts, and track & field, Emily loves high intensity workouts. Except running… give her 100 burpees over a mile any day of the week. Her drive is to help anyone and everyone reach fitness goals they thought were out of reach! She also firmly believes that every single person should know how to throw a proper punch.
I am a fitness enthusiast who has pursued my passion in competing in all kinds of sports, most recently strength sports. I have years of background in training myself to become a fierce competitor in strongman by continuing to evolve my training through further education. Incorporating mobility training with strength and conditioning has improved my body composition, performance and confidence. I look forward to sharing my passion and gift with others to provide for my clients what fitness has provided for me.
